This unique property has been thoughtfully converted to create an open-plan lounge on the upper floor, featuring a striking arched window that frames magnificent views of the Kinnoull Hills and the iconic Victoria Folly. Also on the upper level is a double bedroom and a bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The lower level includes a fully fitted dining kitchen, a twin bedroom, a toilet and a welcoming dining reception area. The accommodation is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, integrated oven and grill, microwave and a washer/dryer. Additional amenities include a kettle, toaster, ironing facilities, a TV in both the kitchen and lounge, CD/radio player and a hairdryer. Linen and towels are provided for all guests. We also have Satellite Starlink internet service.

Families are welcome, with high chairs and travel cots available for a small supplement of £10. The Clock Tower is also pet-friendly, allowing one dog per stay with a £25 supplement. Guests can enjoy a peaceful sitting area in the shared courtyard and benefit from electricity and satellite Wi-Fi service included with the stay. Parking is provided, with two allocated spaces available in the courtyard.
