The three thoughtfully designed bothies feature large picture windows that draw the dramatic landscape inside, creating a strong connection with the surrounding countryside and a deep sense of calm. Our eco bothies provide a refined countryside escape, combining contemporary comfort with a deep connection to the Scottish landscape. Finished in locally sourced Dunkeld larchwood, each bothy has been carefully crafted to offer a warm, welcoming space where couples and families can relax, recharge and immerse themselves in nature.

Positioned across a hill farm with open views over the Strathmore Valley, the three bothies are generously spaced to ensure privacy and tranquillity. Expansive windows capture ever-changing panoramic scenery, while private decking areas invite you to dine outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings from sunrise to sunset.

Designed and built by our family as a modern reimagining of the traditional bothy, each retreat is individual in character and finished with exceptional attention to detail. Sustainability has been a key focus throughout, creating eco-conscious accommodation without compromising on comfort or quality.

Inside, guests are greeted with a carefully curated welcome pack featuring local produce. The sleek, high-spec kitchen includes a wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer, making self-catering effortless. After a day outdoors, unwind beside the crackling log burner on a plush leather and tweed sofa, then retreat to a luxurious king-size bed dressed in crisp linens, with a spacious contemporary bathroom and walk-in shower completing this indulgent Highland hideaway.

As night falls, the remote setting truly comes into its own. Sink into the warmth of a Scandinavian hot tub and look out over some of the darkest skies in the region, free from light pollution. Stars blanket the sky, the Milky Way becomes visible and on clear nights there is even the chance of witnessing the northern lights shimmering above this peaceful Highland hideaway.

Edradour Bothy and Fettercairn Bothy are both one bedroom with sumptuous king sized beds. Dalmore Bothy has two bedrooms - a king sized bed and the second bedroom features a versatile double/single bunk bed.

Set along the celebrated Cateran Trail, a 64-mile circular route winding through some of Scotland’s most dramatic countryside, the bothies provide an exceptional base for exploring the outdoors. The area around Blairgowrie is rich in things to see and do, from scenic walking and cycling routes to fishing on the River Ericht and golfing at nearby courses. Guests can also explore the woodland walks of Reekie Linn Waterfall, enjoy peaceful riverside strolls at Loch of Clunie, or venture into the eastern gateway of the Cairngorms for unforgettable Highland scenery. With quiet country roads and sweeping landscapes in every direction, this is the ideal place to slow down and reconnect with nature.
