Atholl Villa is a 4 Star GOLD Bed and Breakfast enjoying a superb location in the pretty town of Pitlochry, Perthshire.

We offer 10 en suite bedrooms all appointed to a high standard with your comfort in mind. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with the remainder situated on the first and second floors of the house. We are also pleased to offer family accommodation. Our bedrooms differ in size; one is a family suite comprising a double and 2 single beds, large screen television and all the other comforts you would expect including a large en suite.

All bedrooms have pleasing décor, comfortable beds, quality bedding, bedside lamps, padded chairs, Freeview LCD televisions, refreshment tray, hair dryer and welcome folder. A few bedrooms still retain feature Victorian fireplaces.

Our en suites are also appointed to a high standard with showers and many accessories. Guest comfort is important to you…..and to us!

Breakfast is freshly and individually prepared for you and served in our large comfortable conservatory looking out to the garden. We take great pride in our food and our friendly staff enjoy meeting your needs; select from a delightful breakfast menu which includes cereals, fruit, yoghurt or porridge to start, followed by our specials: traditional Buckie smoked haddock and Scottish smoked salmon.

Pitlochry is a delightful Victorian town nestling in the Perthshire Highlands amidst some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe. Easily accessible by road and rail, Pitlochry is the premier inland resort in Scotland and its position close to the country's geographical centre makes it an ideal touring base. From here, the length and breadth of Scotland can be explored using either public or private transport. Pitlochry's fame as a holiday resort dates from as long ago as the 1860's. Since that time, many of the towns fine houses and mansions have become quality hotels and guesthouses. Atholl villa is one example.

This 10 bedroom Victorian detached stone built house of typical Scottish construction, built approximately 150 years ago is situated at the edge of town centre, close to both rail and bus stations.

This area is proud of its tourist traditions and nowhere sums up these traditions better than Pitlochry's Atholl Road. Here can be found an abundance of restaurants and shops, all offering a wide choice of goods to suit any buyer.
