The Old School House is a comfortable bed and breakfast that resides in the quaint hamlet of Pennant. It is between the areas of Llanidloes, Machynlleth and Llanbrynmair. The ancient market town of Aberystwyth is close by as is the Snowdonia National Park. The accommodation is part of the Cyclists and Walkers Welcome Scheme as this is the perfect base for these activities.

There are 2 bedrooms available which are both en suite and include a flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi and hairdryer. In the morning a continental and cooked breakfast are on offer. The food is locally sourced where possible and homemade preservatives and free range chickens from the garden are provided.

As well as walking and cycling the area surrounding The Old School House has plenty of places to fish, golf, horse ride and windsurf. Nearby Aberystwyth has a lovely Victorian seafront and prestigious National Library of Wales.

Aberystwyth and surrounding area is a fantastic place for a holiday or short break, and a central base for exploring all that the Mid Wales Coast has to offer.
