Ann's Barn

A beautifully converted Welsh stone hay barn, Ann's Barn retains its original charm with exposed beams, thick stone walls and oak flooring. The sitting room/dining area features a leather sofa, reclining chair, electric log effect wood-burning stove, 50" Smart TV, a Welsh dresser, dining table and chairs. The well-equipped kitchen includes Welsh Portmeirion china, fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Upstairs, the bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, blackout blinds and Sky TV. The shower room includes a large shower, toilet and wash basin. Outside, enjoy a private patio with garden seating and beautiful views. There is a lockable bike storage shed and also a garden shed housing recycling bins and a tumble dryer.

Ann's Bungalow

This detached bungalow offers splendid views over the Breconshire countryside and is suitable for the elderly and less mobile. The sitting room has 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, a flame effect wood-burning stove and a large screen Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner features a traditional country style with an electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The bungalow accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bathroom includes an anti-slip bath with a shower, wash station and toilet. A utility room houses a Washing machine and Tumble dryer with a separate cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin. Outside, there is garden seating, gas BBQ and a safe enclosed children's play area. A luxury HOT TUB in a log cabin offers relaxation with views of the rolling fields and woodland.
