The Mill at Fearn Farm is our charming on-farm holiday accommodation situated in Easter Ross. It enjoys a prime location for exploring the Scottish Highlands, just 3 miles from the A9 and the renowned North Coast 500 route. Despite its easy access to northern Scotland, Fearn remains a serene haven, perfect for unwinding and escaping the bustle. The property comprises two distinct houses connected by an internal door: ‘The Mill’ and ‘The Wee End’. Each can be booked separately or together, offering flexibility for both group gatherings and private relaxation.

The Mill

This comfortably sleeps 10 guests and features a delightful semi-open plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens onto an outdoor eating space and private patio through expansive sliding doors. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and charm to the spacious dining area, perfect for social gatherings. The ground floor includes a convenient w/c room with laundry facilities, along with a large en-suite bedroom. Upstairs, four bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with twin beds that can convert into super king beds upon request. Each bedroom boasts en-suite facilities and picturesque views of the surrounding farm.

The Wee End

This accommodates up to 4 guests in a single-storey, two-bedroom cottage attached to The Mill. Accessed via double doors from The Mill's living area, it features an inviting open plan kitchen and living space with a high ceiling styled in a Scottish Scandi aesthetic. The bedrooms can be configured as twin or super-king rooms as needed and guests share a spacious bathroom. Sliding patio doors from both bedrooms and the living area lead to a south-facing private patio and garden, ideal for soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

We warmly welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs in The Mill and one in The Wee End for a small additional fee and by arrangement. To ensure the safety of our working farm animals and wildlife, dogs must remain on a lead when outside your enclosed garden area. Please also observe our policy against dogs on sofas and beds and kindly clean up after your pets to maintain our pristine environment.
