Rutland View is a three-storey property that provides modern self-catering accommodation. It is ideally located a short walk from the town centre of Rutland. The town offers plenty of amenities and even provides a great base for walking and cycling.

The house can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms which comprise a master double en suite, twin, bunk room and a ground floor bedroom with double sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is also a utility room and access to the rear garden. The first floor has a living room with stunning views over Rutland Water from the Juliet balcony. There is also an open plan kitchen/diner which comes complete with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob, grill and dining table. The second floor includes 3 of the bedrooms plus the main bathroom.

Oakham includes places to eat, shops, a play area and a cycle path is just a minute away. If you would like to travel further afield, Oakham boasts an excellent travel network with both train and bus access to London, Leicester, Peterborough and Stamford.
