Hillview Farm House in Little Bytham offers fabulous self catering accommodation. Our gorgeous farmhouse is on the border of Stamford and Rutland, making us the ideal location for exploring the area.

Our stylish farmhouse boasts amazing countryside views and sleeps up to 20 people, perfect for the ultimate party house. The property is set in private gardens, great for a secluded getaway. The house is finished to a high standard and comes with everything you need for the ultimate country escape.

A wonderful open plan kitchen/lounge will suit all your needs. The kitchen is well-equipped for rustling up some delicious dishes and comes with a Range master cooker, American Fridge/freezer, Belfast sink and microwave. A wood burner will keep you toasty in the winter months and the dining tables are perfect for a feast. The lounge comes with comfy sofas from multi-York, a TV and DVD player.

Bedrooms: 1 king size bed plus 3 single beds.

Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed plus 2 single beds, including en suite facilities.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed.

Bedroom 4: 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.

Bedroom 5: 1 king bed and 1 double plus 1 single.

Bathrooms include 1 en suite, 1 bathroom with a roll top bath with a mixer shower and 1 downstairs toilet with a shower.

Outside there is a luxurious 7 seater hot tub to enjoy a glass of bubbly in whilst savouring the setting (no curfew in hot tub). A patio/terrace area with seating and a BBQ is great for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. There’s also a table tennis table and the rear garden offers secure fencing.

Only a 10-minute drive away is Rutland Water, home to lots of brilliant leisure activities including sailing, climbing, raft building and cycling, plus a small beach and an award winning aqua park. Stamford is only 6miles away and great activities to enjoy include:
