Dine in style at the ever-popular Blossoms Restaurant, run by Michelin-trained chef, Sumit Chakrabarty. With lakeside views, you can devour your delicious meal inside or outdoors, and can choose between our a la carte menu and family specials. The restaurant is open all day serving mouth-watering breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. You can indulge in a delicious afternoon tea in Blossoms Restaurant or on the outdoor terrace or feast on an exquisite Sunday roast.

The main hall features nine charming bedrooms, with two separate accommodation blocks housing a further 57 luxurious bedrooms. All hotel rooms have recently been refurbished, offering gorgeous, modern suites, some with water views and a private balcony. Fresh coffee machines, tea making facilities, toiletries and an iron and ironing board are available in all rooms. Cots and Z-beds can be provided in most rooms.

Each hotel bedroom is unique in design, with room types from ‘cosy’ through to ‘superior’, many with lake views. For a truly lavish experience you can book the premier Windsor Suite. This magnificent apartment comes with three luxurious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen and an extremely spacious drawing room with spectacular views over Rutland Water.
