Coldingham Loch Holiday Cottages offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Coldingham. Our cottages in Berwickshire are surrounded by a breathtaking 22 acre loch. We are perfect for an idyllic holiday in the Scottish Borders.

Lochside Cottage: This unique Victorian boathouse sits over the loch and comes with its own boat moored underneath. Our cottage truly is an unforgettable holiday destination. This property sleeps up to 4 people and offers modern accommodation throughout. Bedrooms consist of a double, one single and a sofa bed in the lounge. Guests share a shower room.

The open plan living/kitchen comes with a TV for use with a DVD player only (no aerial for live TV), wood burning stove and a range of kitchen appliances. Double doors open onto the balcony. From here you can savour spectacular views over the loch. Outside there is a lovely garden with its own decking area and seating. An ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining. This cottage is not pet friendly and does not have Wi-Fi.

The Lodge: This charming ground level cottage has a light, airy feel and sleeps up to 6 people. It is perfect for a memorable family break away. Bedrooms consist of three bedrooms: one double and one twin. The bathroom comes with a shower above the bath and underfloor heating.

The relaxing and comfortable lounge comes with an open fire, comfy sofa and a TV and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric cooker, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Outside there is a shared lawn area and a BBQ is available on request. This lodge is pet friendly and comes with Wi-Fi.

The loch is one of Scotland's oldest established fisheries and has a well earned reputation for providing top quality fly fishing for brown, blue and rainbow trout from bank or boat. We are perfect for an excellent fly fishing holiday.
