We have three contemporary cottages which are beautifully furnished and come with a range of excellent facilities to suit all your needs. Each cottage comes with a cosy living area, comfy seating, beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms. They also boast biomass heating and a log burner for the winter months. We also offer accommodation in a lovely house.

Plum Tree Cottage: This charming cottage sleeps 2 in a comfy king-size bed. Cook up a storm in the galley kitchen which has an electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine, fridge, table and chairs. The galley kitchen is adjacent to the small sitting room which has a comfortable sofa, wood burner, smart TV and French windows out to the south-facing patio with lovely swing seats and recliners, table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Cockle Kitty Cottage: Our delightful cottage is ground level and includes a double and twin room that share a bathroom. The relaxing sitting room has a smart TV and French doors to bring in lots of light. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

Garden Bank Cottage: This superb cottage includes a fabulous king en suite room and a twin room, plus a gorgeous wet room. The south-facing sitting room has a smart TV and French doors which open to the patio. A well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

Edmonston House:You can also stay in our lovely chalet-style farmhouse which offers stunning views over the River Eden and River Tweed. Upstairs there are four-bedrooms: 1 double en suite, two king rooms and one twin room. Downstairs there are 4 single beds. The sitting room seats 10 people and you can also relax in the sunroom. A well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Edmondston has table tennis, croquet and badminton on the lawn.

Cliftonhill is an organic farm in the River Tweed Valley, and is a perfect base for trout and salmon fishing. The Eden Water meanders through the farm and is a haven for wild life and birds, its grassy banks are also perfect for picnics, reading books and relaxing.

Plum Braes Barn is surrounded by beautiful countryside, peace and quiet and steeped in history. There are lots of activities such as trout fishing and salmon fishing on the River Tweed, cycling on the Tweed cycle way and the many quiet country roads, golf with freedom of the fairways, Kelso races, walking the Abbey walk, southern upland way, coastal walks and tennis. The Northumberland coast is a half hour drive and Alnwick Castle where Harry Potter was filmed and Alnwick Gardens and the Tree house are well worth exploring.
