The Old Croft House offers views over Bixter Voe, perfect for fishing, windsurfing, and canoeing. It's also well-positioned for exploring the stunning mainland of Shetland with its coastal walks and scenic landscapes.

The sitting room / kitchen of the cottage features an open-plan layout with two double seater leather sofas, a coffee table, TV unit with TV and DVD player in the sitting area. The kitchen area includes a table with four chairs, a worktop area with built-in oven and hob, as well as a microwave and fridge. A utility room is equipped with a sink and washing machine. The bathroom is furnished with a bath with shower overhead, a sink, toilet, electric towel rail and a small cabinet. The first bedroom offers a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a long mirror, a hairdryer and an alarm clock. The second bedroom includes two beds, two bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and an alarm clock. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and electricity are all included in the rental price.

The cottage is located next to a rural road and is just a short five-minute walk from the seashore. A daily bus service (except on Sundays) connects to Lerwick, roughly twenty miles away. A local grocery shop is about three miles away, and there's a leisure centre in Aith approximately four miles away. The house overlooks Bixter Voe which is ideal for fishing, windsurfing, canoeing and also ideally situated for exploring the mainland of Shetland which has some beautiful coastal walks and breathtaking scenery.
