Our luxurious property offers modern Mediterranean style architecture, set against the backdrop of one of the most gorgeous location in the UK. The house was designed by an award wining architectural team to offer truly unique accommodation. Solar panels, an air source heat pump, under-floor heating, rainwater harvesting and a heat recovery ventilation ensure this property is truly eco energy efficient.

This gorgeous house provides a sumptuous spa hotel type experience, blended with stylish furnishings and finishes throughout. The whole front wall of the open plan living room is energy efficient triple glazed glass, taking advantage of the spectacular view of the Welsh mountains. The windows open onto a fabulous series of terraces, offering a wonderful spot for a glass of wine whilst savouring the glorious view of the valley below. Outside we also provide a gas BBQ and a table and chairs for essential al fresco dining in the evening sun.

A well-equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooking and includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with an ice making facilities and a LaChance gas topped range cooker. There is a washing machine and drying area, whilst a large screen HD TV with Sky plus/Amazon Prime, a CD/DVD player and Bose iPod docking station is great for home entertainment.

Each bedroom boats high ceilings, lots of light and glass doors which open onto a relaxing terrace area, great for admiring the awe-inspiring views of the Berwyn Mountain Range. The bedrooms include lavish handmade super king size Harrison beds and mattresses, quality linen and soft feather pillows and duvets. The bathrooms have a large shower with raindance or waterfall options and are disabled friendly.
