The Bulls Head Inn
Details
The Bull's Head Inn is a traditional Shropshire Country Inn featuring a restaurant, bed & breakfast accommodation and an authentic 18th-century pub with stone walls and wooden beams. It's ideally situated for exploring Bridgnorth, Highley, Severn Valley, Ironbridge, Kidderminster, Bewdley and Telford.
Our en-suite bedrooms are tastefully appointed with full central heating, television and tea/coffee facilities. We offer single, double, twin and family rooms and selected rooms are pet-friendly. Ground-level rooms with ramped access and extra-wide doors are available, ideal for wheelchair users, though they feature showers with trays rather than wet rooms, located in a tranquil garden area.
Our pretty and well-maintained gardens are perfect for relaxing with a drink or meal in this picturesque haven in Shropshire.
The Bull’s Head Restaurant in Chelmarsh near Bridgnorth serves excellent homecooked food. Weekdays feature lunch from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Saturdays offer continuous service from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm, including three traditional roasts and a variety of other dishes paired with fine wines, real ales, ciders and lagers. It's an ideal spot for family outings, special occasions, or a quiet meal for two.
The 18th-century Inn, dating back to circa 1730, retains many original features like exposed beams, stone walls and wood-burning fires in the bar area. We serve a range of traditional beers and fine wines from 12:00 noon onward, every day of the year.
