Sunnyhill Campsite is a small, independent campsite on the Somerset/Dorset border. Situated in a tranquil setting, it's perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful countryside with stunning views.

We offer 7 hard-standing pitches and 4 grass pitches, all with electric hook-ups (EHU), arranged in a crescent overlooking the valley, woodland and rural landscape toward Alfred's Tower.

Our Shepherd's Hut themed mini Lodge includes a log-fuelled hot tub and sleeps 4. It features a Belfast sink, a king-size bunk, 2 singles, an under-counter fridge and an electric heater. The Shepherd's Hut has a fantastic view.

Additionally, we have a 6-berth yurt with a caravan kitchen and a 5-berth bell tent with its own caravan kitchen.

For larger groups, hire all our accommodation, including bell tents, yurts, shepherd's hut and gypsy wagon, along with campervan and tent spaces, accommodating up to 75 guests. Enjoy exclusive use of guest facilities, including hot tubs, camper kitchens, fire pits and picnic tables.

We have a pop up bar & cafe at the weekends and music on Fridays & Saturdays throughout the summer months.

This part of the country has an abundance of places to fish, including ones at Coking Farm, Higher Farm, Todbur Manor and Shearwater Lakes. Only a 45 minute drive away is Stonehenge, Longleat and Glastonbury, whilst Wincanton Racecourse is only a 10-minute drive away. Attractions to visit include:
