Handley Farm features three high-quality self-catering cottages surrounded by woods, ponds and scenic walking trails, offering breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views. The farm is teeming with natural wildlife and home to horses, sheep, chickens, ducks and goats. Situated in a stunning rural setting, it provides the perfect base to explore the natural beauty of Exmoor, the rugged North Devon coastline and the idyllic countryside of Devon and Somerset.

The Cider Barn

The Cider Barn is a spacious self-catering cottage for six, featuring an open-plan kitchen with stunning Somerset countryside views, a sitting room with exposed beams and a log burner and a private garden with south-facing decking, an 8-seater hot tub and outdoor furniture. It includes two ground-floor king-size bedrooms (one with an en-suite toilet), a modern bathroom with a bath and separate shower and a twin room upstairs. Well-behaved dogs (max two) are welcome but must be kept on leads due to farm animals and local wildlife.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a beautifully converted stable block, offering a luxurious retreat for couples. With its own private entrance, it opens to a gravelled courtyard with a seating area. Inside, the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area features a vaulted ceiling, velux windows, a modern sofa, log burner and TV. The elegant bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a freestanding roll-top bath, a TV and tasteful furnishings, along with an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, vanity basin and WC. Perfect for honeymoons, special occasions, or a relaxing getaway, it can accommodate a cot or single bed for a child upon request. Dog-friendly for up to one medium or two small dogs.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a spacious self-catering cottage for four, featuring an open-plan kitchen with stunning Somerset countryside views and a sitting room with exposed beams, large windows and a log burner. It has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite with a bath and shower and the other with a zip-and-link super king bed (convertible to twins) and an en-suite with a shower. The extensive decked area, accessible from the lounge and one bedroom, offers far-reaching views and a built-in hot tub for five.
