Withy Mills Farm Self Catering Cottages offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Timsbury, set in the folds of the Cam Valley. Our beautifully restored stone barns are only seven miles from Bath and 12 miles from Bristol, making us the perfect base for exploring Somerset.

Our 4 cottages have been lovingly furnished whilst offering plenty of character. Surrounded by rolling countryside, we are a haven for relaxation and tranquillity. All the cottages are of a high quality and come underfloor heating, Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, king size bed and wood-burning stove.

The Engine House: Originally the stables, the house has been tastefully converted into a cosy and romantic studio. The well-equipped kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor and is open above the ridge of the roof and its green oak rafters. A bathroom is also on the ground floor and underfloor heating and a wood burner will ensure you stay warm even in the chillier month. A gorgeous cast-iron staircase leads to the super king bed. The garden comes with a wooden table and chairs, great for a glass of wine whilst admiring the glorious views along the Cam Valley.

Wharfingers Cottage: Formerly a milking parlour, the cottage now offers superb accommodation for two people in an idyllic setting. The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The relaxing living room comes with a TV and CD player and enjoys stunning views across the fields. The corridor leads to a large bathroom and the king size bedroom comes with magnificent, exposed beams and views towards the Mendip Hills.

Whippletree Cottage: Originally a barn store, the cottage now offers excellent accommodation for 4 guests. On the ground floor, there is a delightful kitchen/living area where fabulous green oak timbers support the roof. Wooden stairs lead to the king room which boasts magical views over the Cam Brook Valley. Downstairs, below the mezzanine floor, you will find a second bedroom with a choice of 3ft beds or a super king-sized brass bed. Next door there is a walk-in shower room. Facilities include underfloor heating and a wood burner.

Barleycorn: Formerly the Cow Shed, the property now sleeps 2 people, all on one level. The spacious open plan kitchen/living area is great for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area. The oak dining table seats up to 4 people and the living area comes with a TV. A corridor leads to a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom comes with a comfortable king-size bed.

All the properties have use of the laundry facilities which are housed in The Piggery.
