Honeymead Farmhouse in Somerset offers wonderful self catering accommodation. Based in a lovely area of Exmoor, our gorgeous country house is perfect for a memorable family or group holiday.

Our magnificent farmhouse is nestled on a 1000-acre estate and boasts stunning views over the grounds and beyond. The farmhouse is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The property comes with a wood burner and full central heating.

Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: including an AGA-style stove, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a breakfast table. A utility room comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining room, perfect for savouring a feast in.

The house benefits from having lots of reception rooms to unwind in, including one with a grand piano, plus a separate room with a smart TV/Freeview TV. A large games room comes with a pool table and a sunny conservatory has French doors which lead out to the outside.

In total, there are 5 bedrooms, including 3 which are en suite. Two have their own dressing room areas and two twins share a fourth bathroom. One of the double en suites is on the ground floor.

Outside there is a tennis court to enjoy, plus lots of wonderful grounds.

Exmoor is a haven for outdoor lovers, offering stunning walks, scenic cycle routes and excellent horse riding routes. Exmoor National Park is a popular area for country pursuits also watersports at nearby Wimbleball Lake. The farmhouse is close to open moorland and ideal for walking, horse riding and cycling etc. Less than an hours drive to the North Devon surfing beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde. Exmoor National Park is home to Europe's first International Dark Sky Reserve. Thousands of more stars can be seen in the night sky. Lots of pubs in the area serve great food and you can also visit majestic Dunster Castle. Great attractions to visit include:
