Silvermere Cottages are all self Catering barn conversions offering visitors peace and tranquility in a beautiful rural setting, ideally situated for leisure or business. Located just outside of Stretton near Stafford in Staffordshire.

We have 5 superb self catering cottages in available. All of which have been equipped and furnished to the highest possible standard.

Kingfisher Barn is our largest self catering cottage. It is ideal for two adults but can accommodate up to four people using the king size sofa bed. This cottage has a secured private garden, making it ideal for people with pets. Please note that pets are only allowed with prior permission and we would need to discuss your pet’s needs.

Caspian Gull Getaway is our most suited cottage for couples. This barn conversion provides you with a cottage style large airy open plan lounge with a TV with Freeview and dining area.

Goldfinch Charm is a single occupancy self catering cottage, ideal for one person on a holiday, in need of a break, in-between homes or working/studying within the area.

Bird Box is quite cosy, it is complete with a toilet, power shower and basin. The living area consists of a TV and a sofa, which can be converted in to a double bed. There is also a kitchen area with microwave, electric portable cooker and fridge. The Bird Box would suit a single occupancy only.

Skylark is a modern self catering unit with double bedroom, living room and kitchen. Put me up bed for additional guests. Nice patio area outside.

The cottages are approached from the A5 taking the private drive which overlooks the 220 acres of Belvide Reservoir and bird reserve leading to Hawkshutt Farm, a working arable farm.

There is a wide number of attractions in the surrounding area including the superb towns of Stoke on Trent, Shrewsbury, Telford, Birmingham and Stafford. For those wanting to sample history the Cosford Air Museum is a great place to visit.
