Our fabulous, modern and wheelchair friendly self catering holiday cottage offers excellent facilities for disabled holidaymakers. Situated on a working farm and surrounded by fields of waving golden wheat, this is the perfect antidote to stress and city life. The cottage is fitted out with all modern conveniences for your every comfort so you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of what is one of the most idyllic spots in central Scotland.

The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible with a paved, low rise pathway into the property leading directly into a wet room area with a disabled toilet and shower facilities. There are generous ground floor bedrooms for wheelchair users or guests with mobility problems and easy access to all internal amenities in the kitchen and lounge areas. Not many holiday cottages in Scotland are this accommodating! Upstairs is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with an additional kid's playroom or den. The gardens are enclosed and child friendly and although no pets are allowed in the cottage, we can arrange a kennel and even stable facilities on the farm. Our luxurious lounge area has a wood burning stove for that authentic winter glow and with central heating and double glazing throughout you can be assured of your personal comfort at all times.

Relax in your own elegantly appointed holiday cottage after a day exploring the nearby hills or playing a gentle game of golf; or why not try something totally different and book an experience day with a difference, from falconry to water skiing.

Afterwards, dine at home using the superb kitchen facility in the cottage with a huge natural wood dining table in the comfortable and well appointed lounge or sample some of the great restaurants in the area, with prices and menus to suit everyone from simple cafes to Michelin stars!
