Watsons Farm offers delightful self catering accommodation between Fressingfield and Cratfield. We are based in beautiful countryside near Eye and are in a brilliant position to visit the Suffolk Heritage coast.

Our timber-framed cottage dates from the 17th Century and is nestled in a peaceful setting, located in the middle of fields and surrounded by paddocks.

The cosy sitting room has an open fire, giving guests the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the area. There is a library of books, a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. On sunny evenings we recommend sitting in the lawned garden and enjoying the fresh country air.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining room comes with an electric oven and microwave and enjoys views of the garden and the pond. The bathroom with shower is on the ground floor and on the first floor there is 1 twin and 1 double bedroom.

Included in the price are bed linen (duvets), towels, logs and power. A cot is available.

Within easy reach of our cottage are Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich. The seaside town of Southwold has book shops, an award-winning pier, a lighthouse and beach huts. Dunwich has a shingle beach and you can explore the RSPB reserve at Minsmere. You can enjoy lots of pubs and restaurants, including the Fox and Goose Restaurant in Fressingfield.
