Valley Farm is a two and a half acre site which is the setting for Rookyard Cottage and Swallow Barn. These two properties provide high quality self catering accommodation within the village of Holton. This picturesque village is only a mile from the town of Halesworth. The holiday cottages are centrally located for accessing the stunning countryside as well as amenities and attractions.

Rookyard Cottage:

This Eco friendly, single storey property can accommodate 4 people in a king size en suite and a twin en suite. One bathroom is equipped for use by disabled guests with a large walk-in shower and grab rails. The open plan living/dining room has an impressive vaulted ceiling and log burner. There is a modern kitchen which is well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday.

Outside is a terraced area with seating and a BBQ. Guests have access to an acre field which is ideal for ball games.

Swallow Barn:

This single storey barn can accommodate 4 people in a double and twin bedroom. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, one of which has been specially equipped for use by disabled guests. Like Rookyard, Swallow Barn has an open plan living/dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Outside is a terrace with seating and a BBQ.

There is an indoor heated swimming pool on site which can be hired exclusively or together with both properties. The pool overlooks the garden and the paddock and includes a pleasant sitting area.

On the grounds, there is a footpath which leads to Halesworth. The town offers great shopping, places to eat and things to do.

There are plenty of attractions to visit nearby which include:

Framlingham Castle.

Southwold Pier.

RSPB Minsmere.

Dunwich Heath.

The seaside town of Southwold is a few miles away and the Heritage Coast with its wild heathland and nature reserves within a short drive. Valley Farm offers something for everyone.
