Brick Kiln Camping has earned prestigious accolades recently, named the best in the region for adult-only camping at the Camping and Glamping Awards in December 2023, and crowned the best campsite in the UK by Pitchup in 2024.

Situated on the outskirts of Campsea Ashe village in the Suffolk countryside, surrounded by fields, our site offers a tranquil retreat. Wake up to birdsong, explore the scenic countryside and marvel at the expansive skies. After dusk, gather around your own firepit under the starry night sky.

We specialise in peaceful camping for adults (18+) in a rural, quiet setting. To maintain a quiet atmosphere, we prohibit music and discourage late-night activities for groups. Our goal is to ensure every guest feels at home with us, greeted warmly and made comfortable.

Our one-acre grassy campsite welcomes tents, VWs, camper vans, caravans and motorhomes, though please note there are no electrical hookups available.

Facilities onsite include a shower block with hot showers, toilets, kitchen area with washing up, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee making machine. Wifi (bit patchy). Under cover seating area, pool table and table tennis. Free use of crockery and cutlery. We also have a small honesty shop.

Each pitch accommodates a tent and car (8x10m), with space for a gazebo if desired, within your allocated area. Embracing the camping tradition, every pitch includes a firepit for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. For convenience and safety, wood and kindling are available for purchase onsite. For those staying in the Orchard Area, mobile fire pits are also provided.
