Springlake Leisure offers charming self catering accommodation in the delightful village of Barnby. We are based in over 5 acres of private grounds in Suffolk and are easily accessible to the city of Norwich.

We have 2 properties to choose from, Bullrush & Dragonfly, both based in a tranquil setting with lots of wildlife. Facilities onsite include a newly refurbished heated indoor swimming pool and large games room with snooker, table tennis and table football, plus mini-crazy golf and a children’s play area. A BBQ area is perfect for al fresco dining and there is a seating area to relax on when the sun is out. We also have a newly built full-size tennis court.

Each apartment sleeps up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms. A bathroom comes with a shower. All bed linen and towels are provided (please bring towels for the swimming pool).

They both come with a living room including a TV and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: full oven, hob, and microwave and family-size fridge freezer. Washing and drying facilities are provided.

Only a short stroll from us is the Fish Restaurant and Bar at The Swan. You can also visit the River Waveney and Marsh Trail, plus the Castle Marsh Nature Reserve. A short drive will take you to the market towns of Beccles, Bungay and Halesworth. Attractions to visit include:

Norwich Cathedral.

Carlton Marshes.

Rhe RSPB reserve at Minsmere.

Norfolk Broads.

Great Yarmouth Beach.
