Situated in the stunning, rolling countryside of Suffolk and conveniently situated near the A14, these cottages provide a perfect escape.

Recently and beautifully refurbished, these cottages, along with The Dark Horse, are part of the elegant redevelopment of Stowlangtoft Hall Stable Courtyard. Stowlangtoft Hall, constructed in 1859 in the Italian architectural style, was initially home to the Maitland Wilson family.

The Dark Horse features a lovely room ideal for dining together, cosy stable seating areas and a bar. It also includes a catering kitchen, perfect for hiring caterers to make your event even more special. We can provide a list of caterers upon request.

The Coach House and Amherst House are particularly well-suited for families with young children, offering a children's play area, a football pitch, a woodland walk and extensive outdoor space with breathtaking views.

You can rent the cottages individually or together as The Courtyard at Stowlangtoft Estate for weekend getaways, mid-week breaks, or week-long vacations, available throughout the year.

Amherst House: This features three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single, plus an additional sofa bed.

The Coach House: This property includes three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms, with an extra sofa bed.

Langetot: Offers two bedrooms: one double and one twin.

Symonds House: Also has two bedrooms: one double and one twin.

For larger groups, additional accommodations may be available at Stearn Cottage and The Shooting Lodge, accommodating up to 35 guests.

All rentals include linens and towels, and your first basket of wood for the fire or wood burner.
