The entrance of the cottage leads into a bright and sunny open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area. Original oak beams and polished wood floors with rugs complement the leather sofas and oak coffee tables. The TV has full HD digital service, and there are separate DVD/CD players and a Radio/iPod dock.

The well-designed kitchen offers ample storage and includes a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cafetiere, electric cooker/oven, handheld blender, scales, toaster and electric kettle. The lobby, with a tiled floor ideal for muddy boots, opens onto the terrace and garden via stable doors. It houses a washing machine, freezer, utility cupboard, ironing board, iron and cleaning items. A cloakroom with WC and hand basin is off the lobby, and stairs lead to the first floor.

The master bedroom is a spacious, vaulted, beamed room with polished wooden floors, thick rugs, Blackout blinds and views over woodland and fields. It includes a double bed, bedside cupboards, a wardrobe, a cheval mirror, a chest of drawers with a vanity mirror and a hairdryer.
