Blue Sky Huts are located in the hamlet of Chediston Green, right in the heart of rural North Suffolk. Situated within two acres of wild meadow and surrounded by open farmland, this retreat is a sanctuary for wildlife and a peaceful escape from the rush of everyday life. It's an ideal setting to unwind, embrace a slower pace and truly switch off.

Woodpecker Knock

Woodpecker Knock welcomes one small to medium-sized dog. This cosy and comfortable hut features a king-size bed with a luxury orthopaedic mattress and all bedding and linen are provided. For convenience, there is under-bed storage and all windows are fitted with shutters to ensure a restful night.

Partridge Call

Partridge Call, also accepting one small to medium-sized dog, provides the same level of comfort with a king-size bed and luxury orthopaedic mattress. All bedding and linen are included, creating a softly soothing space for your stay.

Buzzard View

Buzzard View offers the same high-quality features as our other huts but includes the added bonus of a snug seating nook. For your entertainment, there’s a TV and Bluetooth speaker, making it an ideal spot to unwind.

Please note that our wild meadow setting and Shepherds Huts are not suitable for guests under 18 years old. Each hut can accommodate one small to medium-sized dog, £15 per stay. Parking is provided free of charge with one allocated space per hut, though we are unable to accommodate multiple vehicles per hut.

Our site has been thoughtfully designed to minimise its impact on the natural environment. The meadow is sympathetically managed, preserving its wild beauty. As a result, please be aware that the site may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Visiting the Area

Chediston Green is a quiet little hamlet, tucked away up a tranquil country lane and surrounded by open farmland. The beautiful coastal towns and villages of Suffolk, such as Southwold, Walberswick and Covehithe, are only a short drive away. Nature lovers can also explore RSPB Minsmere and several other nearby nature reserves.
