Invicta House B&B provides comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation. With views of the beautiful Dornoch Firth, the B&B is located within the coastal Highland village of Golspie. The centre of Golspie is just a short walk away. This is the perfect base for keen walkers and cyclists as there are plenty of popular cycle paths and footpaths nearby.

There are 2 bedrooms available to guests. Ardbeg is a ground floor twin room with en suite facilities. Balmenach is also on the ground floor and is a double bedroom, also with en suite shower & toilet.

Invicta House B&B is open year-round except for staff annual leave.

Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. A drinking bowl and a fleece blanket can be provided (advance notice essential please).

Invicta House also benefits from having its own in-house laundry room. There are washing machines and a tumble dryer. Washing machines are free for guests’ use; tumble drying is charged at £2.00 per hour or part thereof.

Breakfast is served in the ground floor dining room; in order to maintain social distancing, breakfast is served in two sittings, at 07.45 and 08.30 on a first come, first served basis bookable upon arrival. The menu includes a full Scottish, Vegetarian, boiled eggs, hotcakes or a lighter option; special dietary needs can be catered for with advance notice required. All meat products are sourced from local farms, the local bacon is unsmoked dry cure and the Caithness eggs are 100% free-range.

This area is perfect for many outdoor activities. The North Coast 500, Highlands and Golspie Golf Club are all within easy reach. Alternatively, visit one of the attractions such as:
