Oldshoremore Retreats near Rhiconich offers fantastic glamping accommodation. Our site near Lairg is nestled in a tranquil location and ideally placed for exploring Sutherland.

We have 3 glamping units to choose from: Ridseard Glamping POD, Falt Ban Glamping POD and Cairistiona Glamping POD. Our pods have been finished to a high standard from recycled plastic bottles and come with a range of facilities to suit your needs.

Ridseard Glamping POD

This pod comes with underfloor heating and a range of facilities. Inside there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a double bed and shower room. A breakfast table comes with chairs and outside there is a deck with grass furniture, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

Falt Ban Glamping POD

Our pod sleeps up to 2 people and comes with underfloor heating. Inside there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. A breakfast table comes with chairs. There is a double bed and shower room. Outside there is a decking area with grass furniture for al fresco dining.

Cairistiona Glamping Pod

This pod comes with a triple bunk bed with a single upper bed. There is a shower room and underfloor heating. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. A breakfast table comes with chairs. Outside there is a decking area with grass furniture, offering a lovely spot for a glass of wine in the evening sun.

Our glamping site is just a short stroll from Oldshoremore Beach. Walk to Sandwood Bay or enjoy sea kayaking on the water. The Handa Island Nature Reserve offers beautiful scenery to see. Attractions to visit include:
