Hipsley Farm Cottages are a collection of beautifully converted luxury accommodation located deep in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet. Listen to the birds, take a walk around the farm on the specially laid out tracks. Our cottages in Hurley are close to Atherstone and only half an hour’s drive from Birmingham, Coventry and Nuneaton.

We have 10 beautifully furnished cottages to choose from. The cottages sleep between 1 and 7 people and many of the bedrooms can be arranged as either twins or doubles. Four of the cottages have easily accessible ground floor facilities, including bedrooms and large bathrooms/showers.

Arden: This spacious house sleeps 4 in two twin or double bedrooms. They both share a bathroom with a shower cubicle and separate bath. A lovely conservatory and dining area opens onto the garden. Originally a miner’s home, it has been tastefully renovated whilst still retaining its original character.

Milne: Our fabulous property sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms: one single room with an extra-large bed, one king size double and one twin room. Two bathrooms are available, including an en suite in the second twin room. You can unwind in the large living room and the conservatory/dining area seats up to 8 people.

Parsons: This contemporary property sleeps 6/7 people in a triple ground floor bedroom and two twin rooms. The triple can be made as 3 singles or a super king, plus a single. The house also boasts a sunroom dining area to relax in.

Sherwin: Our modern and spacious house sleeps 6/7 in a triple room and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms enjoy en suite facilities. A large dining/sunroom seats eight and the kitchen is equipped for ten. From the upstairs balcony you can admire wonderful views over the fields.

Bramley: Our family-size house sleeps 6/7 in a triple and two twin rooms, one of which can be arranged as a double. All the bedrooms can be made as en suite facilities. The large dining room seats ten and the kitchen seats ten as well.

Brooke: This spacious apartment is wheelchair accessible and has been sympathetically converted from a traditional cowshed. A large lounge has doors which open onto the patio and lawn whilst the dining/kitchen comes with a gorgeous flagstone floor.

Eliot: Our roomy apartment enjoys stunning countryside views and sleeps 4 in either twins or super king beds. The apartment includes a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

Dugdale: This fantastic cottage sleeps 2 in a double room. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. A compact open plan kitchen/living room is on the ground floor.

Drayton: Our traditional cottage is brimming with character and sleeps 2 in a twin/king room. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. A delightful open plan kitchen/living room comes with a breakfast bar and will suit all your needs.

Wainwright: This cosy cottage sleeps two in a twin/king room. A ramp leads to the front door of this ground floor property. A bathroom has a large shower cubicle. It has an open plan kitchen and living room decorated in a traditional country cottage style.
