The house is detached and set in grounds of nearly 5 acres in a quiet rural location, offering the ideal country escape. Our spacious property sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and comes with an array of superb facilities for the whole family: a tennis court and swimming pool, table tennis, climbing frame and croquet, plus a pool table.

A well-equipped kitchen comes with an Aga, electric cooker/oven including a breakfast bar, built on hob, built-in dishwasher, fridge, BBQ and a hot plate. A utility room comes with a fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and a sink. Enjoy some delicious home-cooked meals meal around the large wooden pine table in the dining room. The room comes with a lovely sunroom area to unwind in and patio door open onto the terrace and gardens.

Relax in the elegant living room which has comfortable seating, a log-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, plus a DVD player. Patio doors open onto the terrace, gardens, tennis court and swimming pool.

All of the bedrooms enjoy wonderful views across the countryside and Cotswold hills. Bedrooms come with a king en suite, a double, 2 twins and a further downstairs twin.

Outside there is a large south-facing terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun. After a dip in the pool unwind on the luxurious sunbeds.

Within easy reach of us there are numerous places to explore, from the rolling hills of the Cotswolds to the Worcestershire Beacon on the Malvern Hills, architecture from the Tudor buildings of Stratford upon Avon to the majesty of Worcester Cathedral and Pershore and Tewkesbury Abbeys. For the golfers, there is a course a matter of minutes away, with a large number and variety of courses all within 15 minutes, whilst the fishing in Evesham draws annual crowds.
