The Mill offers superb self catering accommodation in the charming village of Tredington. Our two cottages are set in an idyllic position, offering river-front access and glorious views. We offer easy access to the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-On-Stour, making us a great base for exploring Warwickshire.

Nestled on its own island, our historic 18th Century mill is based in a wonderful area of the River Stour. You can see amazing wildlife, from swans to the odd otter, offering a true haven for nature lovers looking for somewhere special to stay. We have two properties available, Puddle Cottage and Pool View. Both cottages are beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Puddle Cottage – Sleeps 4: Our fabulous cottage offers the ultimate tranquil retreat, with French doors opening onto a delightful garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst savouring the stunning views of the mill stream. The cottage boasts original features, including exposed beams, whilst offering quality accommodation. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave for home-cooking, a dining area for 4 people and a cosy lounge with a TV, iPod docking, DAB radio and CD player.

On the first floor there is a double room with a separate shower room/WC, whilst the top floor has a twin/double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Pool View: This magnificent cottage blends traditional charm with modern comforts. Delightful original features including exposed beams, steep staircases and large mill windows which offer amazing mill stream views. Outside in the garden there is a table and chairs, great for a tipple whilst admiring your surroundings. Unwind by the river or under the majestic weeping willow.

Inside there is a relaxing living room with a TV, iPod docking, DAB radio and CD player. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen/diner which has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. A WC is also available. Upstairs there is a double and twin/double room which share a family bathroom.

Tredington is a convenient base for exploring the towns and villages of the north Cotswolds, nestling between Shakespeare's birthplace and many of the Cotswolds most popular attractions. This part of England is famed for its beautiful landscape and pretty stone-walled villages, many of which have historic churches and pubs selling local beers

There are ten National Trust Properties within 20 miles including Hidcote and Snowshill Manor. There are many independent houses, gardens, and attractions which are privately owned and open to the public: Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, Batsford Arboretum, Stanway House with the tallest gravity-fed fountain in the world.
