Black Cottage

Black Cottage is a charming and cosy 19th Century farm cottage with lovely views. It is reached by its own drive and has parking for up to three cars. It has its own enclosed garden and is completely secluded.

One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Upstairs lavatory and basin. Downstairs bathroom with basin and bath with shower.

Separate downstairs lavatory.

Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Living/dining room area approx 4 x 6m (12x 20 ft) with door to garden. Dining table, six chairs, armchairs, sofa and TV.

High chair and travel cot can be provided.

Old Dairy

Old Dairy has been converted from disused Victorian farm buildings. It is extremely spacious and well appointed. It has its own fenced garden with views over the surrounding farmland. It forms part of a working farm courtyard with parking. There is comfortable accommodation for up to six people.

Little Barn

Little Barn has been recently converted from disused Victorian farm buildings. It has its own fenced garden with views over the surrounding farmland. It forms part of a working farm courtyard with parking. There is comfortable accommodation for 6 people. Little Barn is configured for wheelchair access.

Newells Farm is within easy reach of Brighton, with its beaches and many attractions, and the historic market town of Horsham is 5 miles away with a train service to London Victoria, very good shopping facilities and a farmers market every Saturday. A well-stocked village shop is 2 miles away at Mannings Heath.
