Ideal for a peaceful getaway, The Annexe is a perfect retreat for two. Featuring beautiful brick and flint walls, this spacious accommodation combines rustic character with modern comfort. Inside, guests will find a large double bedroom, which can be arranged as a twin upon request, a well-equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming space to relax, with stable doors opening onto a private patio, perfect for enjoying stunning views over the Adsdean Farm estate and towards the South Downs. For added convenience, there is also a separate adjoining boot room with a utility area provides space for storing muddy boots.

In addition to ample parking, guests can visit the on-site Adsdean Farm Shop, which features a well-stocked butcher’s counter offering fresh beef, pork, lamb and chicken, all reared on Adsdean Farm.
