North Mundham House offers luxurious self-catering holiday accommodation, including a cottage and a studio, situated within the village of North Mundham, just 2 miles south of Chichester in West Sussex. Set amidst expansive gardens, surrounded by picturesque farmland, our cottages are perfectly situated near the South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the pristine beaches of the south coast.

Both the Cottage and the Studio overlook a shared courtyard featuring an outdoor heated swimming pool, accessible to all guests, along with a tennis court.

The Cottage:

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar leads into a spacious dining area, accommodating at least 6 guests.

A utility room houses laundry facilities.

The inviting living room, adorned with a wood-burning stove, opens onto the courtyard, furnished with a patio table and 6 reclining chairs.

The ground floor master bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with a double bed (convertible to 2 singles) and an en-suite shower room.

Additional family shower room and toilet are conveniently located on the ground floor.

A staircase leads to the first-floor twin bedroom with an optional Z-bed.

Access to a large lawned area and off-road parking are provided.

The Studio:

The open-plan layout features a well-equipped kitchen and a bright sitting area with dining space, leading out to a private patio.

The ground floor hosts a toilet and shower room, with stairs leading to a mezzanine floor housing the double bedroom.

A sofa bed in the sitting room offers additional sleeping space.

Access to a large lawned area and reserved parking space are provided.
