Our inviting campsite is situated beside the scenic River Arun, ideally positioned between Arundel and Littlehampton and within walking distance of Ford railway station. We are a Licensed Camping & Caravan site, complete with an on-site pub and restaurant, The Ship & Anchor, which dates back to 1664.

The Ship & Anchor is a traditional English pub serving freshly prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. For campers’ convenience, our campsite shop is open daily, offering groceries, ice cream, drinks, gas and other camping essentials.

Our campsite facilities are designed for comfort and accessibility, including showers, toilets, a ladies' bath, washbasins with hot and cold water, a washing-up area and a dedicated toilet and washbasin for disabled guests. We also provide chemical toilet and grey water disposal facilities for campers, though we do not have a drive-over grey waste disposal.

We are a dog-friendly site and pets are welcome to explore the riverbanks, though we ask that dogs are kept on leads and not exercised in the camping fields or near the children’s play area.

Situated along the River Arun, our location offers access to marina facilities and is perfect for those who enjoy waterside relaxation. Just 3 miles away is historic Arundel, home to an impressive Norman castle and cathedral, symbols of England’s rich history and once a centre of Catholic opposition during Henry VIII's reign. In the other direction, 3 miles away, is Littlehampton, known for its charming old harbour and sandy beaches, popular since the Victorian era. Both destinations are easily accessible by road, rail, or a leisurely walk or cycle along the rural riverbanks.
