Located near Goodwood in West Sussex, the property is perfectly placed for scenic walks straight from the doorstep. Rich in character, the building is constructed from traditional Sussex flint and features beautiful oak beams crafted from local trees felled over 300 years ago, creating a unique and atmospheric countryside retreat.

We have three spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms available. Each room boasts a distinctive character and enjoys magnificent views of the countryside. All the rooms have a superb king-size bed, en suite facilities, Freeview TV, high-quality linen, tea and coffee making facilities and luxurious New Forest aromatics.

Our pub offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menus to tantalise your taste buds. You can start the day with a full English or smashed avocado and poached eggs to set you up for the day ahead.
