Ashes Farm Cottages offers fantastic self catering accommodation in Almondbury near Huddersfield. The cottage is surrounded by lush fields and boasts spectacular views over Huddersfield and the tributary valleys.

Our charming cottage dates from around the 17th Century and used to be an outbuilding on a dairy farm. The property has been sympathetically renovated to offer wonderful accommodation. Cruck Cottage still comes with many original features including a cruck beam and roof timbers.

The beautifully furnished cottage comes with a lovely living room including a comfy sofa and chairs, polished beech dining table, coffee table, LCD TV and DVD player. A small electric gas stove will keep you warm in the winter months and there's gas central heating throughout. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric coffee filter, kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils.

Two comfortable bedrooms are available: a single room and a family room with a double and single bed. All the bedrooms include sheets, pillows, duvets and bedspreads. Both rooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC.
