Our 4-star-rated accommodation, recognised by the Scottish Tourist Board, is ideally located on the scenic west coast, where the Loch Duich sea gently laps at the bottom of the garden and a range of five Munros rises majestically in front of the cottage. John Fisher’s Cottage, originally a stone croft house built around 1870, underwent reconstruction in 1896 when an extension was added to house the village shop and the roof was raised to create additional space. While the cottage has been modernised to offer a warm and inviting stay, it retains its historic charm and character.

Accommodating up to six adults, our cottage features modern amenities designed to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The cottage features a spacious 'L'-shaped living room/lounge equipped with a TV and DVD player, adjacent to a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, accommodating up to six adults. Off the kitchen, there is a washroom and utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The downstairs bathroom offers an electric shower over a large bath, with hot water provided by a reliable boiler. The ground floor hosts a double bedroom, while upstairs includes a twin bedroom, two single rooms and an additional toilet for convenience. The cottage also boasts a large, secure garden, on-site parking and a porch entrance. All beds come with sheets, duvets, two pillows and an electric blanket.
