Located on North Uist, part of the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, Tigh-na-Mara is a bungalow accommodating up to eight guests, set beside a secluded, sandy Atlantic beach. The Outer Hebrides, a chain of islands in the North Atlantic, are renowned for their dramatic beauty and unique environment shaped by relentless winds and waves. Public spaces include a spacious open-plan living room with a fully-fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, complemented by a west-facing conservatory boasting stunning sea and sunset views. Entertainment amenities like Satellite HD TV, Blu-Ray & DVD player with theatre sound, CD & VCR, as well as full oil-fired central heating and a real peat and coal fire in the living room, ensure comfort and enjoyment. The property features four bedrooms, all equipped with TVs. Two bedrooms are king-size with en-suite showers, while one has two single beds and another offers twin adult-sized bunk beds, sharing a third bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and bath.
The house is well-equipped with household amenities including an American-style fridge-freezer, kitchen fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For added convenience, there's ramped access for disabled guests, along with a cot, highchair, table tennis, table soccer, fishing rods, golf clubs and a gas BBQ in Le Garage.
All utilities, including high-speed fibre-optic internet and Wi-Fi (400 Mb/s), are included in the rental fee. The property is licensed under Western Isles Council Short Term Let Registration Number ES00105F and has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D.
