Spread over 6 acres, our site features fishing lakes, a summer splash tunnel, mini golf, an indoor soft play area, a mud kitchen, a Little Tikes play park, the Fairwood Forest outdoor play area, and expansive green spaces for relaxation and creating cherished memories.

Enjoy a serene lakeside retreat in one of our hot tub lodges - Avocet, Barnacle, Carrion, and Dunlin. These lodges overlook the tranquil waters of our hidden lakes, offering a perfect setting for reading on the deck or soaking in a six-person hot tub. Each lodge includes a king-sized bedroom, a twin bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious lakeside veranda.

Jackdaw Lodge, beautifully situated by the Little Lake, features a two-person hot tub, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with a roll-top bath facing the lake and a twin bunk bedroom for children.

Our latest addition, the Kingfisher Lodge, located next to Jackdaw, offers ideal accommodation for a family of four with a larger hot tub, a master bedroom and a bunk bed room. It boasts charming décor and a kitchen crafted from reclaimed wood.

All lodges are equipped with Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, linens, towels, and kitchens (freezer excluded). Travel cots are available upon request. Please note, while most lodges welcome dogs for a £50 fee per pet, Dunlin does not.

At Fairwood Lakes, we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome to all guests, whether you're here for romance, family fun, fishing, or just a day visit. For fishing enthusiasts, our lakes have been a beloved fixture for over 25 years, stocked with various types of Silverfish and Carp. We offer day fishing tickets for £14.75 and 24-hour night fishing sessions at £25.75.

Our on-site café and licensed bar serve delicious home-cooked meals and superb coffee. With a balanced menu that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, we ensure you and your family stay nourished and delighted throughout your stay.
