Peaceavon is a riverfront self-catering holiday home on the banks of the River Avon. The views from the dining/living room, lounge and balcony are stunning, with uninterrupted views both up and downstream of the river Avon. All four bedrooms also have river views. The house is ideal for families, extended families or friends. Worcestershire's towns and countryside are on the doorstep for you to discover their beauty and delights.

Our luxury property with contemporary ‘upside-down’ layout sleeps up to 8 people and comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The entrance is on the upper level and there is ample parking for 4 cars on the drive.

Upstairs there is an open plan living and dining area, and kitchen. This spacious room provides comfy seating and a dining table to seat 8 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range of appliances: electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee maker. Full width bi-fold doors open onto the large balcony, which also has dining and casual seating furniture, giving an outdoor living feel.

Upstairs there is also a separate lounge with 3 sofas, a smart TV, a DVD player and an electric flame-effect fire. a cloakroom with a WC, and a boot room which leads to the garage with a full size table tennis table, fridge and plenty of storage space for bikes, paddleboards and fishing gear.

Downstairs we have a master king ensuite with glazed doors that open to the lower terrace. A king ensuite and 2 twin rooms are also available. There is also a family bathroom with a bath.

Outside on the ground floor is a terrace with ample seating. Steps lead down to the terraced garden and then down to the river bank. Seasonal fishing from the river bank and private mooring are possible.

Pershore is two miles along the river with shops and places to eat and drink. The Cotswolds, Worcester, Stratford upon Avon, the Malvern Hills are all within easy reach, as well as National Trust properties and other places of interest.
