The Hay Barn

This stunning barn conversion comfortably accommodates 8–10 guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with spa-inspired ensuite bathrooms. Blending rustic charm,exposed brickwork, beams and flagstone floors with hand-picked modern interiors, it offers a luxurious escape complete with high-spec finishes. Relax in the spacious living room on plush sofas for eight, with a large 4K smart TV, Bose surround sound and a log-burning stove for cosy winter evenings. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite worktops, a Rangemaster oven, American-style fridge freezer and a table seating eight, perfect for family gatherings. A separate dining room boasts a grand table and gas-effect fire to create a warm, inviting ambiance. Each bedroom offers flexibility with super king-size or twin beds, elegant ensuites and charming features like skylights for stargazing or mezzanine nooks for relaxation. For larger groups, Bedroom 4 can accommodate two additional single beds for a small supplement and cots are available on request. Guests enjoy access to the Cherrygarth leisure suite, mini-gym, outdoor hot tub and a sunny patio with a barbecue area. The property also includes a boot room, ideal for sorting gear or drying off after adventures. With every detail designed for comfort, The Hay Barn is a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern luxury.

The Stables

This beautifully renovated stable conversion sleeps up to four guests, blending rustic charm with contemporary luxury. Original features like wooden beams, stone walls and flagstone floors are complemented by modern comforts. The cosy sitting room features a 4K Smart TV with Netflix, a Sonos speaker system, underfloor heating and a log-burning stove set in a herringbone-brick surround. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas burner, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a dining table for four. Bedroom 1 offers a super king-size or twin beds framed by exposed stone walls, with an ensuite featuring a walk-in power shower and luxurious Molton Brown toiletries. Bedroom 2 also offers flexible bedding arrangements, warm stone accents and an ensuite with a shower over the bath. Guests can enjoy their own private outdoor hot tub, along with access to the shared leisure suite, mini-gym, south-facing patio and barbecue area. The property includes a shared boot room for added convenience. For larger gatherings, The Stables can be booked with The Hay Barn to accommodate up to 14 guests.

Both cottages have their own tub and use of our first class leisure suite. We have a mini gym, sauna and games room which has a pool, table tennis and table football. You can even play on the Wii or the XBox One, fun for all the family. On a sunny afternoon you can enjoy a drink in the enclosed south facing courtyard garden. EV Car charging is available.
