College Farm is a 400 acre arable farm set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, just 6 miles west of Ipswich on the A1071 to Hadleigh. The Grade II* Listed farmhouse is a 500-year-old beamed tudor building which was once owned by Cardinal Wolsey in King Henry VIII's time. It has been carefully modernised over the years, but still retains its character with oak beams, inglenook fireplace, sloping floors and low doorways.
