Hawthorn Farm in Buxton, Derbyshire, offers superb guest house accommodation in a 16th Century farmhouse. We are the perfect place to escape to from the pressures of modern life.
Our charming guest house is perfect for a relaxing holiday away. The building is one of the oldest in Buxton and originally owned by the Duke of Devonshire. We have six rooms available. Two are in the main house and four are in the barn conversion across the drive. The rooms vary in size and can accommodate one, two, three or four people.
All the rooms include a range of excellent facilities: tea and Coffee making facilities, TVs and free Wi-Fi.
Every morning a delicious breakfast is served in the main house between 7.30 to 9.30am. We offer cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, full English breakfast and all dietary needs can be catered for.

Bubnell Cliff Farm offers bed and breakfast accommodation on the Chatsworth Estate in Baslow just outside of Bakewell in Derbyshire. Its fabulous location within the Peak District National Park makes it a haven for walkers and climbers.
Our farm is a 300 acre stock rearing farm and as tenants of the Chatsworth Estate, we have lived and worked here for the past 25 years. The farm is mainly grassland carrying beef cattle, a small flock of Suffolk sheep and a herd of pedigree Longhorn cows belonging to our son Tom plus the usual cats, kittens and dogs. The farm is approximately 25 minutes from the M1 (j29) and ˝ a mile from the centre of Baslow village.
