Scragged Oak Caravan Park is a park situated high on the North Downs in Kent, amongst woodland and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The caravan park is in the village of Detling which is near to the county town of Kent, Maidstone which has many attractions to offer guests.
The caravan park has 80 grassy, level pitches that all have electrical hook ups and a choice of sunny or shady spots. The site also includes waste disposal points, toilets and showers.

Woodlands Park is a large open level grassland, having hedging to the perimeter offering some shade in the summer months. We have two ponds where a couple of quiet hours can be spent enjoying a spot of fishing.
We have electric hook ups and a modern toilet and shower block facility which has been nominated in the 'Loo of Years Awards' during the last few years. Children can soon be worn out as our large field allows space for children to enjoy a game of rounders, football etc. keeping them occupied while you lay back and enjoy your holiday.

Maritime Whitstable is renowned for its oysters. It is only a walk away and has golf, bowling and tennis courts. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs. Also nearby is the famous harbour with its sailing and water sports. Gate House Wood Touring Park near Wrotham Heath in Sevenoaks is a naturally, sheltered, quiet and tranquil site in Kent. It was created out of an old quarry surrounded by an embankment of trees and shrubs. Our campsite is an ideal base to explore the countryside of Kent with its many attractions.
