Valley Shepherd Hut: Located in a wonderful valley and boasting spectacular views, our luxurious shepherd’s hut is ideal for nature lovers. Inside there is a wood burner, hand built bespoke kitchenette, composting toilet and a good sized shower. The hut sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child on an inflatable mattress. LED lights and the fridge are run by solar power. Outside there is a table and chairs. A lovely place for a spot of al fresco dining whilst admiring the view.

Rother Valley Camping & Caravan Park is a family friendly site at Northiam in East Sussex. We have offered well appointed camping and caravanning facilities for many years and are ideally located for exploring the area or as a stop off for those travelling the Euro Tunnel. We are only 19 miles from the Ashford Terminal.
Campers and caravanners will find that we have spacious pitches and well maintained facilities. Our large camping field has pitches on the perimeter, allowing plenty of space for children to play. There is also an area of woodland with little dens for the children to explore and a woodland walk that is suitable for dog walkers. All sized motorhomes, campers and caravans are welcome. Nestled in 5 acres of lovely grounds, our glamping site has a range of bell tents available. We are a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and you can savour the fresh air, wildlife and gorgeous countryside. The tents can be booked together or as individual plots. In total, we have 25 tents available, with each sleeping 4 people. All the tents come with an airbed, bedding, towels and limited equipment.

Also nearby is the famous harbour with its sailing and water sports. It is a town full of quirk and character, with a historic harbour, sandy/shingle beaches and every year in July we have our Oyster Festival, celebrating what the town is most famous for. Quex Caravan Park is picturesque, level and partly wooded. It is situated one mile from the quiet village of Birchington and within easy reach of Ramsgate, with its ferry links to Europe.
The touring park area is home to 50 pitches, some of which are under a canopy of trees. This is also where you will find the shower and toilet amenities, washing up area, chemical drain point and laundry facilities. The park has a small shop and cafe on site with the opening hours adjusted in line with the seasons. The park reception is open during normal office hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
There is a new shower and toilet facility. Reservations are advisable at popular times of the season. Quex Caravan Park is also a member of ‘The Best of British’ an organisation of the top touring parks in Great Britain.
