Acorn Cottage is a family friendly holiday cottage that sits in the heart of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, at Aberfoyle in Stirling. Our central location makes us an ideal base for exploring this stunning area, where you will find some of the most breathtaking scenery in the country.

Our 4 star holiday cottage consists of 1 double ensuite bedroom, a twin bedroom, lounge, separate family bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a TV, plus all other rooms have a TV and DVD player. There is also a portable radio/CD player and wireless broadband connection. A travel cot and highchair can be provided for our smaller guests on request.

The kitchen/diner opens onto a decked area with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings.

The self catering cottages are recently completed (summer 2010) and are ideally situated above the main village of Craighouse yet only a few minutes walk from the main amenities, ie the island's only shop, hotel and bar, distillery, etc. With dramatic views of Small Isles Bay and beyond to the Knapdale peninsula, they make an ideal base from which to explore the island.
