The Cottage has been extensively refurbished to offer a high standard of accommodation on two floors. Elderberry is a detached cottage that sleeps up to 6 people, with wonderful views over the Vale of Llangollen. There is parking for two cars.
The large dining kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer, separate hob and oven, dishwasher, solid wood dresser and wall mounted tv. The sitting room has a log burning fire, large picture window, double sofa bed and tv.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, bedroom one has a wall mounted tv, the second bedroom has a large comfortable sofa bed. From this bedroom there is access to the conservatory and the garden.
The conservatory has a sofa, bookcase and garden chairs and views over the garden. Both bedrooms are served by a modern power shower room and toilet.
