Lea Hurst B & B is a family run bed and breakfast by James and Kath Avery who live here with their two children Luke and Josh. Lea Hurst is very popular with couples, families and workers and operates all year round. Parking is available at the front of the guest house as well as free parking situated on the surrounding roads. The train and coach station is within a 4 minute walk away and Bournemouth Beach exactly 1 mile away and Boscombe Beach 0.8 miles away. On Frances Road there are tennis courts, a bowling green with cafe and round the corner a 2 minute walk away there is Lee's fish and chip shop, Bournemouth Pizza company and a local corner shop. The nearest petrol station a 2 minute drive away.

Family rooms, double rooms and twin rooms all come with their own en-suite bathroom with free toiletries provided. All rooms are individually styled catering to all your needs. Each room has it's own TV and DVD player with free DVDs/books/children's toys to use on the hallway. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and guests are allowed to bring food into their rooms, takeaway menus are provided near the checking in area.

Lea Hurst prides itself on it's cooked breakfast offering many continental items, a full cooked English Breakfast and catering for guests with dietary requirements.
