Accommodation in the beautiful Baldwin valley on the Isle of Man

Welcome to the website of Ballawyllin Farm in the beautiful East Baldwin valley on the Isle of Man, a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Island has to offer.  We offer self-catering accommodation in a refurbished one bedroomed 19th century Manx stone cottage and two open-plan dome-shaped Manx cottages inspired by the shape of Celtic roundhouses (Orchard and Meadow cottages).  All three cottages have exclusive use of their own electrically-heated cedar hot tubs.  We have recently installed solar panels to generate most of the annual energy requirements for the three cottages by renewable means.

For detailed directions to us please click here.  Sorry but we are unable to accept any pets inside or outside any of our accommodation.  All three cottages sleep two adults each, and we are unable to accept any extra guests (including children and infants) on the property at any time.

Ballawyllin

Ballawyllin is first mentioned in Manx records in the 1770s. In the mid 1800s it was farmed by the Cannell family. In more recent years the further fields have gradually been sold off to adjoining farms, leaving the current house and cottage set in five acres with stunning views across the beautiful countryside of the Baldwin Valley.
